Sustainable wooden profiles of reused meranti
The WoodFrame Slim Meranti combines a slender and elegant design with a distinctly circular character. With its slim 60 mm profiling, this glass system wall provides a warm and refined addition to any working environment. The wooden profiles are made from reused meranti hardwood, from Dutch demolition projects. The wood is reselected, laminated, finger-loaded and processed into high-quality profiles. This gives existing wood a second life in a contemporary wall system with FSC Recycled 100% certification.

For the WoodFrame Slim Meranti, existing meranti wood is recovered from buildings and used again as raw material. The wood is carefully assessed for quality and then processed into the characteristic 60 mm profiles. By using recovered material, the demand for new wood is limited and valuable hardwood remains in the cycle longer. As it involves secondary wood, subtle traces of the past — such as light colour nuances or old screw and nail holes — sometimes remain visible in the profile. These characteristic features, together with the natural wood character and the visible structure, make each wall unique.
